A few lines in general:
On arrival day, the rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy after 15.00. On departure day, we ask our guests to vacate the rooms or apartments by 10.30. -
Cancellations:
are unpleasant for everyone. It is a pity when someone does not arrive and rooms remain vacant, although other would have gladly come. On the other hand, something can crop up with everybody. Therefore our request: please inform us in due time - we try to be tolerant. In other respects, the Austrian Hotel Regulations are applicable. Hotel cancellation insurance -

Local taxes:
for people age 15 and over the local taxes amount to € 1,50 per day. -
Deposit:
on request: € 200.- -
Payment:
please pay your bill with cash or EC card. -

Dogs:
Can only be taken along by prior arrangement and if they are calm and clean, but not in the dining and lounge rooms. The price for you small friend amounts to € 11 (for large dogs with a weight of over 25 kg: € 15,-) per day (without food). Please bring your own blanket for your dog. For any dirty caused by your dog the hotel can charge a cleaning surcharge. -
Garage:
you can gladly reserve a garage space. The price for this amounts to € 10 per day. -

Any input errors and prices are subject to change. Minor deviations from the room sketches are possible. -

Minor deviations from the room sketches are possible. -
Surcharge:
The deluxe surcharge of 5% (on the prices listed above) applies to rooms 303 (Zindegg Deluxe), 305 (Sonnenstein Deuxe) and 105 (Serles Deluxe). For short stays we reserve the right to charge a short stay surcharge of € 5 per day and person.
