„Blockhouse“ - sauna in the outdoors
The most well-known and oldest of the classics amongst the sweating parlours: the form of sweating handed down from the Finns features a temperature of approximately 90° Celsius and low humidity. This outdoor sauna with its infusions - which are reminiscent of spruce and high-mountain woods as well as natural aromas - enhances the sauna experience.

Laconium
The purification process is stimulated through the soothing radiant heat of the benches and walls. This is ideal for regeneration after any kind of exertion. With a constant body heat temperature of approx. 37° Celsius, the immune system is activated and strengthened. The body is also optimally purified and detoxified at this temperature.

"Schwitzstube" (Stube de sudation)
Sweating parlour - the biological sauna with original Tyrolean parlour character The inhalation sweating parlous has a temperature of 55° Celsius. Daily alternating herbal infusions develop a stimulating effect and enhance well-being. This type of sauna is particularly well-liked due to the pleasant temperature

"Amethyst" - inhalations grotto
Essential eucalyptus and mint extracts cleanse and nurture the respiratory tract, lungs and bronchial tubes at approx. 45° Celsius. Thanks to the steam technique in combination with the radiant heat of the cabins, a climate which is the equivalent of a seaside stay is created! At the same time, a wonderful gemstone with its purifying and strength-rendering properties touches the soul.

aroma herbal steam bath
A sweat cure in this bath makes the skin wonderfully soft, and also purifies and regenerates the respiratory tract. Through the temperature of approx. 55° C it has a pleasant effect and is less burdening on the circulation. The radiant heat of the heated benches as well as the infusion experience with original pine vat makes the wellness experience perfect!

Salt water inhalation grotto
In this steam bath, brine (liquid salt) is sprayed in specific intervals. At this time a red light falls on the rock crystal. You will come to appreciate this combination of high temperature (ca. 50 C) with the outstanding effects for your respiratory tract and your skin. Particularly suitable for people with skin problems.

Kneipp roundabout
Sebastian Kneipp already knew that “water is life”. You alternately place your feet in the warm pool, and with the final longer stay in the cold basin you achieve an invigorating effect for circulation and health. On the back side of the Kneipp roundabout you will notice the granite fountain from which - commensurate with the house philosophy - boundlessly splendid spring water flows.

Our adventure showers with side jets and surge nozzles have special functions, such as thunderstorm, tropics, mist or side shower. Surprise yourself!

Family steam bath
In the indoor swimming pool area we offer a steam bath that you can use with swimming clothing (for hygienic reasons this is not possible in all other sweating cabins). Of course, this steam bath is also freely accessible to all children.
Opening hours:
Our Sauna Village with the relaxation pavilion is freely available throughout the entire day. The herbal bath is in operation from 10.00. All other saunas and thermal springs are opened from 14.00 to 19.30. On leisurely and dreary days we open our Sauna Village as early as 11.00!
