The "Classic Sauna" with 90°C and low humidity is accompanied by wonderful infusions with aromas of spruce and high-mountain woods.
Gentle steam bath with a temperature of 42°C and 95% humidity. Particularly relaxing with a fine lavender aroma.
Made of winter-cut stone pine wood from the ,,Patscherkofel''. The combination of infusions and Swiss stone pine wood at 50°C has a calming and health-promoting effect.
With a healing and soothing effect for the skin and respiratory tract. A steam bath with 90% humidity and approx. 50°C into which a brine solution (liquid salt) is sprayed.
A sweating treatment with the soothing effects of different herbs will make the skin wonderfully soft, detoxify the body and regenerate the airways at temperatures of around 55°C.
The warm-cold alternation ensures an energising effect for blood circulation and overall health – according to the principle by Sebastian Kneipp.
