To bring a touch of Advent magic to your home, we’ve prepared a recipe for you:
Rose Vanilla Crescent Cookies
Ingredients:
250 g flour
200 g butter
50 g sugar
100 g rose sugar
100 g ground blanched almonds
2 packets of bourbon vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Place the flour, butter, sugar, half the rose sugar, and almonds on your work surface and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Roll the dough into a log and cut into approximately 1 cm pieces. Form each piece into a crescent shape. Bake the crescents at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. Mix the remaining rose sugar with the vanilla sugar and coat the cooled cookies in the mixture.
